Register a Project
When you have discussed your project with your
District Chair, download the relevant application forms. These are
available in both Word, so that you can enter your information electronically,
and PDF, for when you want to complete it manually.
If your project mainly involves providing funding, use the form PF-E (the
electronic form) or PF-M (for completing manually).
There are separate forms for projects involving volunteers. The forms ask for information on the sponsoring club, who in the club will be managing the project, who your partner organisations and their officials are, and information on the project itself. This is the information that will be considered by RAWCS in approving the project. When your form is completed, send it to your District Chair. The first stage in the assessment is that all three District Chairs consider the project and bring it to the next RAWCS-WR meeting with a recommendation. Once approved, it is forwarded to the National Project Coordinator for allocation of the RAWCS National number and tax-deductibility status. The project will then be added to this website.
